Reservations and Payments

A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation.

The remaining 50% must be paid on the previously agreed date before check-in.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, SINPE Móvil, or payment link (Smartbill).

Cancellations and Date Changes

Reservations are considered confirmed and non-refundable once the initial deposit has been received.

Cancellations do not qualify for cash refunds or bank transfers.

In case of cancellation, the deposit may be used as a credit for a future stay within 12 months, subject to availability and current rates.

Requests for date changes must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Force Majeure Cases

In the event of proven force majeure (such as flight cancellations, illness, or extreme weather conditions), guests may reschedule their stay within 12 months of the original booking date.

An administrative fee may apply depending on the rescheduling process.

No-Show or Early Departure
-
In case of a no-show or early check-out, no refunds or credits will be issued.
